處理 C:\Windows\Installer 裡面的資料 (佔用空間)
簡單說, 就是把這邊的資料移到另一顆硬碟, 然後再建立link就看起來好像沒影響
1. 複製資料到另一顆硬碟 ex: G:\C_windows\Installer
2. 刪除原本的資料夾 rmdir /s /q C:\Windows\Installer
3. 建立連結 mklink /D C:\Windows\Installer G:\C_windows\Installer
